Frank Miller says his new ‘SIN CITY’ graphic novel, ‘Blood & Dust’, is about two-thirds drawn.

The Wild West prequel shows the founding of Basin City. Miller also drew a cover for ‘TMNT’ #300, his first official Turtles art.
